Ananda Meditation
Meditation is the foundation of Kriya Yoga practices. It is the way for each of us to have the actual experience of the Divine presence within. The benefits of regular meditation are many. It helps us experience profound inner peace and calmness, increased mental clarity and focus, and inner joy. It relieves stress and helps us cope in this hectic, busy world in addition to increasing spiritual awareness. Whether you are seeking to learn meditation for the first time or looking for a group to meditate with, Ananda has something for you. Ananda Dallas offers meditation classes if you are new to meditation as well as regular group meditations if you already know a meditation technique. All are welcome

Beginning Meditation (Learn to Meditate Series)
Five-class series takes you step-by-step through the basics of meditation - sitting comfortably, calming the mind and learning how to access your own inner peace, calmness and strength.

One Day Meditation Workshop

Unable to do a 5-week learn to meditate series? In need of a refresher? Then the 1-day intensive may be right for you. You will receive all the information and tools you need to support your inner journey. Ananda center offers on-going weekly gatherings for all who want to support their practice.

The Art & Science of Raja Yoga

This 6-week course will include the practice of the Energization Exercises and Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness. You will also learn new pranayams and techniques for meditation, as well as study many new aspects of yoga philosophy: chakras, history & paths of yoga, Patanjali's eight-fold path, guru-disciple relationship, yamas & niyamas and much more.

Group Meditations
Sunday Morning Meditation & Purification Ceremony

The 9:00 AM service includes a brief chant, silent meditation time and an opportunity to offer/burn/release an intention to God.
Tuesday Evening Group Meditations
7:30 9:00 pm - Free
Join us anytime for group meditation. We begin with chanting, to help deepen devotion and open the heart, followed by silent mediation. We end with healing prayers.
Saturday Sadhana

Jump-start your weekend by joining us for a Saturday morning Sadhana. Our Sadhana (spiritual practice) consists of: energization exercises, yoga postures, chanting, and ending with meditation. The first 10 minutes of meditation will be guided!
