Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness is an inward, balanced approach to Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
Our approach emphasizes dynamic relaxation through the various postures, combined with breathing techniques and mental focus. The result is physical rejuvenation, mental clarity and a deeper sense of inner peace.
Classes are suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing.

The Art & Science of Raja Yoga

This 6-week course will include the practice of the Energization Exercises and Ananda Yoga for Higher Awareness. You will learn new pranayams and techniques for meditation, as well as study many new aspects of yoga philosophy: chakras, paths of yoga, Patanjali's eight-fold path, guru-disciple relationship and much more.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

No previous experience is needed to enjoy this "Bubble Bath" of Yoga. Using the support of blankets and props, the body releases stress and experiences deeper states of peace and relaxation. Enjoy and unwind with 2-3/4 hours of blissful yoga postures!

Noon – 1: 00 PM
Bring the whole family to do yoga postures. Here is the way to introduce your children to the stress-reducing benefits of yoga that will give them the life skills to help reduce anxiety, develop focus, confidence and calmness. The practice will be specifically geared toward the kids (of all ages) but Moms and Dads can greatly benefit from this too! (Ages seven or older are welcome to come alone.) We will end with a brief period of guided meditation. Love offering to help build our family ministry.
