Sunday Satsang: In Person Gathering
at Dallas Meditation Center!
Join us this Sunday for our first INSIDE and IN PERSON gathering since March 2020!
We will meet at The Dallas Meditation Center in Richardson. (map)
Our Community Satsang will include Sunday service with a Vedic fire ceremony, chanting, affirmations, readings and the Festival of Light, followed with a short meditation.
Afterwards, we will hold a community satsang, part two of our charrette process where we will be honing in on the community’s input for Ananda in Texas’ new home. It will be potluck so please bring your favorite vegetarian dish and come celebrate.
If you can’t make it in person this time, know we will be online as well.

Healthy Living Through the Science of Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years. It has spread to the West as a “sister science” of Raja Yoga and offers tremendous insight into how we can live healthier, more balanced lives.

Wed: Family Yoga, 11:00 – 11:30am
Sat: Hatha Yoga Weekend Unwind, 9:00 – 10:30am
You will find a variety of yoga classes for all ages and all body types. Come experiment and experience movement, stillness and benefits for body, mind and soul.
