Sunday Satsang: Dr. Shanti Rubenstone Joins Us from Ananda Palo Alto!

Shanti is a lifelong devotee and is now a co spiritual director at Ananda Palo Alto.

She teaches, councils and still maintains a practice of medicine through her coaching practice of “Transformational Medicine.”

Her talks are rich with stories from her life as a physician and her many years on the path.

With her warmth and wisdom, she is a much-loved counselor and teacher.

Friday Night “Happy Hour” Kirtan!

We warmly invite you to visit Ananda Dallas Meditation and Yoga Center, a spiritual resource and sanctuary in the metroplex for over 26 years. It is one of many Ananda Centers around the world dedicated to practicing and sharing the precepts of Self-Realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. We welcome your attendance at any of our weekly meditations, hatha yoga classes and Sunday service as well as special events, series classes and community activities.
