Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years. It has spread to the West as a “sister science” of  Raja Yoga and offers tremendous insight into how we can live healthier, more balanced lives.

Through understanding our connectedness to Nature, Ayurveda sees each person as a unique combination of elements . Once identified, these elements come together in different ways to form different body types, personality traits, and tendencies for specific dis-eases.

In this introductory workshop, you will explore how this ancient science can bring you into ever greater balance in your life from a unique perspective.

About the Instructor

Since 2005, Christina Vargas has been sharing her passion and love for helping others live a harmonious life of balance through the lens of Ayurveda.
She is the owner of SimpleVeda Ayurvedic clinic.
