Whether you are a beginner or already have a meditation practice established, this 2-week online series will enhance your ability to access inner peace, calmness and joy.
This tool of meditation uses a time-tested technique brought to America in 1920 by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic, “Autobiography of a Yogi”.
In these classes, you will learn:
- How to still the body and concentrate your mind to experience inner stillness
- A simple, effective beginning meditation technique of Kriya Yoga
- How to access more energy at will
- A simple routine to practice at home
Led by Supriya Chadwick, an instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. She will also be available after the course for questions and guidance.
